Welcome to AshaApp Messenger. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AshaApp, the AshaApp website and related services provided by or on behalf of AshaApp.
By downloading, accessing or using AshaApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy .
02 Eligibility
You may use AshaApp only when you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

You must not use AshaApp to:

You retain whatever rights you have in your User Content. However, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share that content.

You are responsible for the content you submit or transmit through AshaApp and for ensuring that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
Content handling
User Content may be processed as necessary to provide the communication or other functionality requested by you. The handling of information is described further in the AshaApp Privacy Policy.

The AshaApp name, logos and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests an unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
08 Third-Party Services
AshaApp may interact with or depend on third-party services, platforms, hosting providers, communication infrastructure, analytics technologies, app distribution services or other external providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may therefore be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant provider.
AshaApp is not responsible for independent third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
09 Service Availability & Changes
We aim to keep AshaApp useful and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, available or error-free.
Features may be added, modified, temporarily unavailable or discontinued as AshaApp develops.
Maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, network failures, third-party dependencies and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
10 Suspension & Termination
You may stop using AshaApp at any time.
We may suspend or restrict access to AshaApp where reasonably necessary to:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reasonably cooperate with and protect AshaApp and its representatives from claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.
